Oops. I merged these topics just as you posted—I hope that doesn't cause confusion.

I was going to add... I assume this user-contributed skin was added primarily to illustrate skins are meant to be created and modified by users. I've always considered the "Classic" skin to be the default (which, of course, should be properly maintained), but the rest are just illustrations of what the user might do with a skin.

Right, it's precisely the case. The classic and tabs skins (created by me) are the default ones and should be considered default.

I never considered language support when I slapped this together  :o, so I didn't leave enough space for anything longer than the English labels.  The attached skin resolves this.
