If you're using PvdImport to hook up JRMC to PVD, only the .ifo file is needed. (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=54918.msg373598#msg373598)

the video_ts.ifo? or VTS_01_0.ifo?

That should do it. PvdImport "translates" the <path>\video_ts.dvd;1 [Filename] in jriver MC to <path>\video_ts.ifo so that the file can be looked up in the PVD database.
The "dvd;1" extension is just something yaobing (?) came up with to "group" all the dvd files together.
