Read only mode

Not sure if this is a bug, but when I open the database in readonly mode I am able to edit it.  ??? Maybe I did something wrong. I am using 0.9.9.14.

Also, and this might be a little off topic, I would like to know (I think because I am a little bit a pain in the ass  :-X) why the toolbar has a different color as the menu bar.

Thank you for your effort in creating this great app and helping with the community around it.

The -readonly parameter does not work any more since Permissions are added, but I think I can resurrect this functionality.

I am aware of it and will improve the toolbar appearance asap.
