What is ID and password in IMDb plugin for?

what's that for?

If you include the login information for an IMDb account, the personal settings of that account will apply. That would be necessary to enable access to adult films. I'm unaware if any other implications.

No, it will not record the rating you gave a movie at IMDb, if that's what you mean. You may be interested in IMDb Voting Integration.
