New zwhite skins

Zacca:
I have made 2 new skins brothers of Zwhite skin for all the people who have a monitor with low resolution.
The new skins are....
PVD Zsimple white and PVD Ztab white.

I v a monitor with big resolution so i could not test it.

If you find some problem i'm here  ;)
