Several New Sample Templates Export Files

Versions in the first post is encoding = "UTF8" version

Now, here updated with encoding = "UTF8BOM" version:
Sample (Images)
Sample (Movies)
Sample (Poster).

Important Notice:

This does not work properly only in the event that certain items in the Export Templates Sample files, but not in the database PVD (custom items), or in the skin (custom field).

In all versions I've done this:

- Encoding changed from UTF8 to UTF8BOM
- I changed a bit %OPTIONS% settings

1.) Important Notice no longer applies.

2.) In addition to the existing Sample (Images),Sample (Movies),Sample (Poster) I have added two new Sample (CD cover),Sample (Front Cover).

3.) I left alone IMDb additional custom fields for votes,for Technical specs,for 250 rank,for User Review other additional custom fields I have removed the bug in the txt file now this is no longer,but it should have been above custom fields.

4.) I'm just a change order in the export files.

Sample (CD cover) and Sample (Front Cover) operate in the same manner as Sample (Poster).
