Colors for custom fields

Would it be possible to consider for v1?

I found it pretty convenient to have a color for seen and not-seen "Criterion Collection" custom field for example.

It could really be interesting for some cases, but I really do not think I can add a lot more to the v1 todo list :(

Of course. It would be anyway a make-up that would make PVD looks more shiny ;)
