PVD More Tabs (more tabs) skin

The skin is based on PVD Classic Tabs, but added more tabs and a little altered appearance of the skin.
Awards section embedded Within a Rating tab.

The internal (appearance) look and edit the skin using Notepad + + Portable (very handy program, get it here.)

I changed only this in Movie Title
and otherwise it

I changed into this

Now the film title in the middle of the movie title field.The rest remained the same as before.
