Does this look correct

NAME=IMDB+Allmovie+IMPawards
DESC=Get info from IMDBAllMovie and IMPawards
TYPE=2
EXECUTE=imdb.dll|allmovie psf|impawards.dll

It is not showing up for me to use.

Can you also remind me how I reduce the actor's to just a few.

Other than allmovie psf missing a period, it looks okay. Is it saved with a .batch extension in the Plugins folder?

You can restrict actors to those on the "main page" by selecting that option in the plugin configuration.
