Help...Switch To Full Screen

I hit the Switch To Full Screen Mode...and had to shut it down and restart it to get it back to the normal mode. How do I switch without having to shut the program down and restart? Thanks

For 0.9.9.21 version: F11 button on your keyboard

For 1.0.2.7 version: F6 or Escape button on your keyboard
