Is there a newer version of the IMDB script than IMDB_[EN][HTTPS]_TEST_2c.psf? For the past few months this one hasn't been pulling much information at all for me.

No, there is no newer version of the script IMDB_[EN][HTTPS]_TEST_2c.psf and unfortunately there will probably be no more updates to the script.
The reason there will be no more new updates is the source code of the IMDb page and also the large number of pages where it is no longer possible to transfer all information with this type of script, because there is a limit of 5 or a maximum of 6 visible records.
