For plugins, I believe those are hard-coded and cannot be changed. For scripts, the name is provided by the script, so that could be translated. But the first thing to do is remove the plugins and scripts that are of no use to you. Do that by removing them from the Plugins and Scripts folders.

Yes the hungarian.rc perfect.
This strings are in the \scripts\ folder, in the *.psf plugins and each import from [-- SCRIPT_DESC etc etc blabla  --]
At last customizable but not important modify the original  script.
