I mentioned it a few weeks ago..
Whenever I edit a title and then want to save it and proceed with editing another title - it takes too much time to do so and if I make a mouse gesture/ try to disrupt it it freezes and finally saves the title which is more and more irritating as it never happend before. Am i the only one suffering from this ailment? :)
/vista sp1, PVD 9.9.10

Try removing the twitter and PVD to tray plugins. It could gain you some performance.

Interesting...gonna give it a try :)
but now i have a bigger problem.... well...to cut a long stroy short -> I found 'MOVIES.PVD' in the folder called DOcuments which was prett small like over 1 MB... I had seen that my basic data always went to the folder called Personal Video Database in the other folder located in my documents...
so..what I did was.... well I deleted the small one...
now I lost my comments, images and imdb data. I know it's there in the big data file but is there a way to fix it? recover it?
i know i know shame on me.. :-X

This sounds very strange.
Check your preferences in Tools -> Preferences -> Movies -> Visible items
Are those fields checked?

Fixed. Get the new version of the program and/or the plugin from the download page.

Thank God its Friday and the version just arrived at my door ;)

The issue still persists... I mean when editing/saving it has a tendency to freeze...
how to disable tray feature? maybe this will do the trick...
-
delete the pvdtotray.dll file from PVD\plugins

Been testing for a while - seems to have fixed the issue - thanks...
