Title: [SOLVED] Minor Niggle: Season vs. Series
Post by: DobraGolonka on August 27, 2010, 08:02:22 am
Hi

I've got a minor niggle in that being a Brit, I use the word 'series' and not 'season'. Is there any easy way to change this? I'm assuming it's something to do with a language file but I've so far been unable to find any on my harddrive.

Regards

DG

Download http://www.videodb.info/bin/english.rc to your installation folder, edit as required and save it as custom.lng.

Now tell me, if a season of a series is called a series, what do you call a series? It may bring me a step closer to understanding why half the world speaks English—except for Britain. ;D

Aha - that's where we make it easier - it's still called a series. You see, we Brits like simplicity in all things linguistic  :P

Thanks for the link to the file.
