You can edit the duration field using mass editor in version 1. There is currently no way to set posters for multiple entries.

This is a known problem. They have change the way you login, so the plugin can't use your account settings. I am investigating the issue and will provide a fix if possible.

Actually you can not have posters saved externally with remote databases. The only way is to make PVD store images in the database file on the server machine.

You can always start PVD with -portable command line parameter. There is no portable apps installer at this moment.
