Rick,
I read your personality info thoroughly. It'll help me a lot. Do you think it would be a good idea for other active users to badge their info so we could learn more of (and about) each others?
Cheers

That's a funny service indeed. Here are my results: http://www.mypersonality.info/nostradamus/

Nice of you to say so, but it probably won't. ;D
It did help me a lot many years ago when I first did the MB test. Just the understanding there are few like me was a big help. Now I know when someone acts like they know what I'm thinking, they're simply mistaken. 8)

I've often wondered if everyone should be required to wear a badge, if not have it tattooed on their foreheads. I'm usually imagining something like people in a workplace wearing colour-coded ID tags, but this sort of badge serves the same purpose. It would help people to stop and think before acting on their normal impulse—to kill each other.
On a more practical note, I don't think my badge is going to remain long. I find it too big and loud for use as a signature. I've suggested to MyPersonality a shorter and wider alternative would work better.

An "Engineer." Who would have guessed? I wonder what type the original Nostradamus was. Some historians say he was INTP (like you). Others say he was INTJ (like me)! :o

That's about the way I'd describe it. I took a number of similar tests in university, with very different results. I guess time really does make fools of us all :D

I think there's a special type for those who claim not to have one.
-
I'm sure there is a special category just for me...reconfirmation of my god complex if you will :P

Then my profile saying that I'm a person ... with excellent people skills
wouldn't be correct?

INTJ's are immune to people skills. 8)

So, what I learned so far is that nostra is
Computer Programmer... that may ignore standard operating procedures...
which could explain the uniqueness of PVD.
Also, I learned that rick as a...Systems Analyst... has... specialized knowledge systems... and self-confidence,... sometimes mistaken for...
which could explain some of the great models implemented in PVD,
and that mgpw4me as a ... Computer Programmer... has... mastery of tools of any and all kinds...
and that as his urge he'll contribute to PVD, for sure.
As for me, I learned that I could do my best working for the ... Police
;)
Tried to find "immunization" reference, but wasn't successful. :-\

Apparently, I'd make a good dictator. I'm working on my resume now...

This test has me confused now where I wasn't before...
I've noticed that if you are in a position of power, your people skills "improve". Now I'm not sure if I should work on my people skills or my power politics. ???

To me, those two were directly related!
