Some Christmas fixes :)

Please, always backup your database, before updating an existing PVD installation!

Changelog:

ImprovedUI is fully translatable (English, Russian and German languages are already available)
ChangedSome minor UI changes
FixedRecords were not filtered when loading saved tabs with filters
FixedDouble Click on posters and Covers
FixedPredefined date filters
FixedExternal images were not loaded when relative paths were changed
FixedError when handling duplicate records
FixedA couple of issues with copying and pasting records
FixedImporting information for people
FixedSome backwards compatibility issues

Seems to work better for portable use.
French Amazon doesn't work (as with all versions i used), and I still have those problems :

What is you operating system?
The problem with Cyrillic letters in the skin is not a bug. You have just a Russian version of the skin. Download and install an English one or just change those words in the skin yourself.

geoslake if I'm not mistaken, you are using a skin called pvd_classic_movie_tabs_remix 
I have a solution for you, skin in English language attached

Ivek, the skin is in english now, thank you ! (was obvious, my bad).

Nostra, I'm using windows xp sp3, and actually I thought it was impossible to have a "modded" titlebar like that...

Pvd still doesn't see some movies (it sees 243 instead of 250, have to properly identify all of those, but one is the "Z.avi" I already talked about).

Hi,

2 littles bugs so far :

The DVD cover is added normally but disappears when leaving the movie it was added to.

When you add infos about an actor, if this adds new hidden movies to the list and your advanced filter is "all" when hitting the "switch to movies" button the movie that appears is the forelast selected and not the one you're "coming" from.

One thing I've noticed is that when I click a poster, screenshot and so on it always opens on monitor #1 (I have PVD running on my 2nd monitor, just for clarification). Which is slightly annoying. This is probably not something new in the new beta though, which I think is working great btw. It took a little getting used to the new interface, but now I feel it's way better compared with the old one.
Also, like the previous poster mentioned, when switching from the people page to the movie page it more often then not doesn't switch back to the movie I just came from but the one before that. I don't have to have the filter set to "all" or anything, it does it anyway.
And finally, if I have a search set on the movie page, say for a specific genre, and I switch to the people page to look at an actor in the movie currently selected and I want to check out another movie with the same actor, so I click it on the actors page, but as I had the search going on the movie page it won't show the new movie, but instead just show the old one (because of the search). Someway to have an if-then-else check there or something perhaps? If I just click the "switch to movies" I want it to remember the search, but if I click another movie, that's not in that specific search it would be nice if I could get straight to it instead of having to reset the search, go back to the peoples page and click the movie again. The same happens when you add a new movie and you have a search set, which has you tracking down the newly added move manually every time.

PVD is the best movie/tv organizer I've come across (I've tried a lot) and I've used it for a bit now. So I just wanna say thanks and keep up the awesome work!

One thingy that's actually huge to me - you may not remember my complaints about PVD freezing the moment I started the software - happened in all of the versions until... 1.0.2.2 Beta

just started using 1.0.2.2 and impressed with it. Very nice.

However, the size of cover seems to be variable now. Previously the size of the cover pic will be resized automatically to a fixed size. But now the cover size will show according to the size of the picture original file. Can this be changed back like before?

I am using PVD zcolor skin and I have no idea how to read those xml codes. The look mumble jumble to me. Guess I will have to wait until someone "fix" it for zcolor skin.

The original author may have preferred not to stretch images. If you do, change <poster autosize="true"/> to <poster autosize="true" stretch="true"/>.

Any incompatibility issues when migrating to PVD 1.0.2.2 Beta?

I think everything should be fine, but make a backup to be 100% sure.

Yes!!! Your are right.  After the installation was finished, i made some tests. No problems were found.

Hi

When i "Scan folders for new movies" the dialog box "Select Directoty or File" always come with Desktop.
It doesn't keep the last folder as in version 0.9.9.21.

What can I do?
