Minor issue with movie titles that contain a slash...
example: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097069/ ( Cleo/Leo )
When importing a poster from Amazon, 404 page not found, comes up.
This is the only movie I've got with a "/" in it, and I already have the poster, so this post is informational only.

You're not alone :-\. I've tried to search for a poster for the 2nd and 3rd part of "Naked Gun" and i've got the same error :(. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102510/ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102510/) and http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110622/ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110622/)).
So, it would be nice to be fixed :).
(using PVD v0.9.9.21, Amazon.de v0.1.1.6, Amazon.com v0.4.3.6)

Thx for the info. I'll check the plugin in a day or two.

Amazon search engine seems to have problems with slashes /. Titles are added to the URL by the main application and making the plugin to control this behavior is a bit too much work for this rare case. I will take another look at the problem when I have some more free time.

Nice idea, Rick.
It started, BTW, with me wondering, "How many titles have a slash in them?" Unfortunately, the IMDb Advanced Search facility can't handle "/" as a partial title search, so I have no idea. When Amazon offers to buy PVD (as they surely will some day), you can insist they allow you to fix both the Amazon and IMDb search engines as part of the deal. ;)

Wouldn't it be possible just to "blacklist" such characters and replace them with an space for searching? Maybe there are some more "illegal" characters for amazon ;).
