Development / Export plugin for MySQL ???

Is there anyone who has developed or will develop a plugin for exporting the database to an MySQL database?

It would be enough to export it to an movies.sql file that drops the current tabe and inserts the new when processed by MySQL.

Support / Search form in Export template?

I wonder if there is any usable code to add into the export template for searching the database from the published website?

I have already done some modifications to the original template, but I do not know how to make a search form work against the database?
The webserver and the database is on the same internal network but not on the same server.

Is this doable in any way?
