Feature Suggestions / Re: Old versions of PVD
« on: November 27, 2010, 08:33:44 pm »
How did it develop PVD, and such is there or work PVD database.

I am interested in it, because only from version 0.9.8.20 onwards using PVD.

This is the only reason or excuse for this question.
Thanks

Old versions of PVD

I'll be here asked where it would be possible to get older versions of PVD, except those who are in Downloads section.I searched the Internet, but I found nothing.

I do have the initiative, if it is of course possible, that would be where the Forum could add or download (for example: Changelogs> Child boards).

I will try to find some time to fix the problem tomorrow.

When you do that, I'd appreciate an update to IMDb2.dll. Thanks.
IMDb2.dll is here.

It would be nice if IMDb2.dll be added to the Download section.

I'm getting this error for these TV movies. But not all my TV movies :(

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1587807/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1265998/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0813980/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0963207/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1295909/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1000771/

I am trying to add episodes of a TV series to my database, and sometimes I get the following error when I use [EN]Get movie information from IMBD.com:
I have a similar problem,is not error code 1,but the original title.
For example: Little House on the Prairie
I write the following:
Quote
Little House on the Prairie

<span class="tv-series-smaller">(TV Series 1974–1983)</span>

</h1>

<div class="infobar">
60 min  -  <a    onclick="(new Image()).src='/rg/title-overview/genre/images/b.gif?link=%2Fgenre%2FDrama';"     href="/genre/Drama"       >Drama</a>
This is happening to me at modernizing existing data in the database.

With me the same for TV movies.
For example, in this

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0361240/

Quote
Spartacus

<span Class="tv-series-smaller">(TV 2004)</Span>

</H1>

<div Class="infobar">
174 Min  -  <a    Onclick="(new Image()).src='/Rg/Title-overview/Genre/Images/B.gif?link=%2Fgenre%2FDrama';"     Href="/Genre/Drama"       >Drama</A>

This is the case, if the copy is checked in the plugin configuration data.

Scripts and Templates / Re: Yet another toolbar (32px version only)
« on: November 14, 2010, 10:59:43 am »
Nice work, it would be nice if it was published in 16x16 size version (for other users who may have the same problem as me or any other reason),because of my resolution (I use 800x600 for poorer vision),I was too big icons, so I own it smaller by 50% and now u OK.
Thank you for this one toolbar, because I could not decrease the original (appearance was certainly not in order).

Rick.ca or Nostra

Can that code for Actors (Cast)
Code: [Select]
procedure ParseCast(HTML : String);
var
curPos, EndPos : Integer;
 TmpStr : String;
 Name, Role, URL : String;
begin
 curPos := Pos('<div id="results-table">', HTML);
 if curPos < 1 then
  Exit;

  TmpStr := '';

 EndPos := curPos;
 curPos := PosFrom('http://www.allmovie.com/artist/', HTML, curPos);
 while (curPos > 0) AND (curPos < PosFrom('</table>', HTML, EndPos)) do begin
  EndPos := PosFrom('">', HTML, curPos);

  URL := Copy(HTML, curPos, EndPos - curPos);

  curPos := EndPos + 2;
  EndPos := PosFrom('</a>', HTML, curPos);

  Name := Copy(HTML, curPos, EndPos - curPos);

  curPos := PosFrom('<em>', HTML, EndPos);
  if curPos > 0 then begin
   curPos := curPos + 4;
   EndPos := PosFrom('</em>', HTML, curPos);

   Role := Trim(Copy(HTML, curPos, EndPos - curPos));
  end else begin
   Role := '';
   curPos := EndPos;
  end;

  if TmpStr <> '' then
   TmpStr := TmpStr + #13;
  if URL <> '' then
   TmpStr := TmpStr + '<link url="' + URL + '">';
  TmpStr := TmpStr + Name;
  if Role <> '' then
   TmpStr := TmpStr + ' - ' + Role;
  if URL <> '' then
   TmpStr := TmpStr + '</link>';

  if curPos > 0 then
   curPos := PosFrom('http://www.allmovie.com/artist/', HTML, curPos)
  else
   Exit;
 end;

 AddCustomFieldValueByName('Actors', TmpStr);
end;
added to the AllMovie + script for general use for all PVD users.

Thank you.

Feature Suggestions / Re: IMDB People plugin request

Feature Suggestions / Re: Suggestion for IMDB plugin
« on: November 01, 2010, 02:26:23 pm »
I have two suggestions or questions:

1.)
Is the IMDb tagline may be arranged so as to transfer all at once with the tagline now instead of one tagline by accident.An example is Taglines for Hondo where more tagline.

2.)
At IMDb configuration, if the course to make it to Custom field for (votes, or others who are now there) into one such embedded box straight away is now to determine where they will then be transferred to the text [(votes, or others who are now there), keep in mind I have a similar variation as in the Image Folders settings (Preferences> Folders) but it would be here for:
votes,250 rank,Technical specs,User Review and perhaps some other item]
and a field that is already there, embedded Custom field Setup.

There would then have some space for another welcome feature.

I also made a PVD Person Classic Tabs.

It has 4 Tabs: 4 Tabs: Main information, Biography, Filmography and Awards. Standard colors fonts and positioning.

Otherwise, it has been for PVD Person Tabs skin based on PVD Classic skin.
Extra than the name of the player.

Then I would have to use this editor in my skin as you like.

I don't understand. ???
I also do not know any more how this further (I think that many know about this but apparently very little I know about it), so I'll quit with these experiments.

Thanks anyway.

There's no such thing as a "People Pane" in Movie View.
If it were possible.
But (if I'm not mistaken) seems no more.

so I had access to such skin through code (txt format) or even the skin if it is not a problem.
Then I would have to use this editor in my skin as you like.
Too bad.
