Importing posters window problem

Can someone explain to me why is it happening always when importing posters? Please, refer to a picture attached.

Do you have very large fonts set in windows appearance options or smth like that?

Of course I do! Windows and buttons classic style, standard color scheme and extra large fonts ;D

Thanks for the help, nostra. I will choose to live with this. I can't prevail without extra large fonts.
