Maybe I really added an option "return missing information"

Does it also work if you remove the last line with 1 from the imdbconf file?

Yes, it also works without the "1" in the imdbconf file. Thanks very much for fixing the problem, Nostra, and for a terrific program in general! I also appreciate the efforts of everyone else who tried to help.

Sorry, but this doesn't qualify for the Troubleshooter Award. Fixing problems without discovering what the are doesn't count. The next logical test in this investigation is to replace this version of the plugin with this one. I dare you!

Hmm, that one works as well... which is weird, because I downloaded and tried that file (despite already having the latest version) a few days ago without success. What a bizarre issue this has been.

Well, the troubleshooters certainly aren't.

You should provide a -noselfheal switch so we have a fair chance of finding the cause of such problems.

Ugh, here we go again. The roles have once more refused to appear for new movies!

Nostra, I replaced the IMDB plugin file, put the "1" back into the imdbconf file, and reproduced the problem, but I don't see any imdb_debug.txt file.

It should be in "Plugins" folder.

Yep, my imdbconf file looks very similar to the sample. Both have the "1" in the last line. But that debug file just isn't where it should be.

Make a search for it. Maybe it is somewhere else for some reason? Check if your imdb plugin is really the one attached in this thread.

I'm definitely using the plugin you attached several posts ago. I ran a search of my hard drive, and it didn't find the debug file.

If you change some settings in the imdb plugin configuration, would the config file change?
