Title disappear from left navigation list when file path is changed

Hi all,
I cannot explain to myself what is going on.
If I change the file path of a movie file, the title that is supposed to be displayed on the left of the page becomes blank.
See attached screen.
If I put back the initial file path the title stays blank.
Would you know what is going on?

What is your PVD version and what is the file name you are setting?

 version: 1.0.2.7 (I recently upgraded to that version)
 File path was: \\Htpc\Disque 1 (D)\teeth\teeth.avi 

And I changed it to: XXX

I have used that methos for years, when I delete a movie from my Hard drive, I keep the record but delete the file path and change it to "XXX"

I can't reproduce the problem.
What Skin are using?
Can you send me your pvdconf.ini located in %APPDATA%\Personal Video Database

It does it with any skin I use.
