Visualization error
« on: June 01, 2017, 06:37:59 pm »
Hi!

Some weeks ago I detected I was having issues to visualize the program. I attach a screenshot where you can see that "I can't see anything".

I suspect it can be related to Windows 10 update as before I could use personal video database perfectly. Even more I love it!!

Does anyone have the same issue? Any possible solution?

My OS:
Windows 10 Home
Version 1703
Compilation 15063.332

If you have not, you do experiment with other skins. Then you'll see if the result is the same as the skin on the attached picture. If you have already done, is probably the problem such as you yourself have already mentioned above.

Thanks for your answer Ivek23!!

I had never used the skins so I didn't think about that. I tried changed it and nothing improved but I realized in the colors tab everything was set to black. I changed some of them and I am now able to see the left list of movie. Still the movie information is not totally visible.

I am thinking of uninstalling and deleted all the folders related to pvd and reinstalling to see if I managed to fix the issue

I am back again just to inform that everything works fine now!!!

I uninstalled, deleted all the temporary/setting files and installed back. The strange thing is that I had tried the same thing some weeks ago without success.

So no Windows 10 issue for the moment  ;D
